Based on an old tradition, each of the religious NGOs and groups that participate in this ceremony from all over Tehran and some other provinces, have eight minutes to mourn in front of the main entrance of the shrine with their eulogist who is present at the stand.
Also, well-known religious eulogists such as Master Sazgar, Haj Nariman Panahi, Ali Ensani, and Saeed Haddadian,... had chanted and eulogized in this ceremony.
The voice behavior and diverse tastes of presenters and speakers and the uncontrollable noises of the area are big challenges for the sound system and sound engineers.
